In this project we created 35 minutes worth of computerized animation for which different techniques were required. We used HD filming, paintings in motion and 3D simulations with dynamic systems programs.

All of this was undertaken to create the “animatics” (motion paintings), which would play a very important part of the scenography created by Frederic Amat.

To accomplish this we had to undertake a study of the different techniques, whilst remaining as loyal as possible to the previous conceptual design.

All “animatics” (motion paintings) used in the scenography are based on drawings and conceptual designs by Frederic Amat.
